Mockingjay premiere

I think we are all super exited for the first part of the Hunger Games sequel : Mockingjay part 1 starring Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsthworth, Josh Hutsherson, Elisabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Jena Malone and many more.

The Mockingjay cast film’s first photocall in London.

Here are some of the cast’s red carpet looks that i rated from the worst to the best.
This red carpet look deserves last place in my opinion. Nothing works: the dress is wrong. Too much mixing and superimposition of fabrics, too many shades of colors and the length is not right, although the colors aren’t bad with her skin tone. Her hair style is not bad but not red carpet worthy. There is nothing wrong about the makeup. Natalie Dormer sure didn’t impress us this red carpet in this Nicholas Oakwell gown.
Julianne Moore definitely does not deserve first place in this all black Balenciaga dress. We are used to be amazed by Julianne Moore’s red carpet style and this one, i must say, was disappointing. It’s a shame though because the hair and makeup are very elegant.

This is not Elizabeth’s best premiere style, but still, it is not bad. This fancy dress looks like a vintage style dress and suits Elizabeth well. Although, i personally like the three other dresses better.
The on screen “Effie Trinket” looks classy in this metallic pink salmon Monique Lhuillier strapless dress at the London after party. Elizabeth wears this dress beautifully with the perfect amount of makeup  and accessories.
Natalie dormer looks amazing and certainly overtook her first red carpet premiere look in this beautiful Rochas Resort  gown. I personally would have preferred this dress in another color to create contrast but nevertheless, it sill looks wonderful.
Christian Dior sure did a good job by choosing J.Law as the face of his brand. The young star never fails to impress us on each red carpet in beautiful Dior gowns. Jennifer was a real cutie at the London premiere in this high-low white Dior dress. sticks to white/silver for this premiere and shows up in this Dior silver jacquard silk dress, originally floor-lengh dress, but was shortened for Jennifer. This is a quite unusual cut and shape that may not please or suit everyone. This dress is not my favorite but Jennifer wears it perfectly and, i must say, looks beautiful on her.
Jena Malone is gorgeous in this colorful Emilia Wickstead gown. The actress looks sophisticated wearing white and yellow with light makeup and bright red lipstick. The overall look is a total success, way to go Jena!
After being the 2nd lowest ranked, Julianne Moore proves that we were wrong putting her there and regains our attention. She glows in this black shiny, plunging neckline and high slit dress. The actress is  very elegant as always.

Old fashion hollywood style.
Looking seductive and charming in bright red. Jenna Malone keeps impressing everybody this premiere with her astonishing choice of gowns.

Glamorous in red. Wearing Saint Laurent at the Berlin press event, Elizabeth Banks was enchanting showing some back and leg. We can’t seem to get enough of Elizabeth at this premiere!

Evidently Jennifer Lawrence opted for white gowns for this premiere. Her gown choice cannot be disputed and suits her perfectly, weather it is the Dior or this one. The actress looks very sexy in this deep plunging neckline and leg opening. She pairs the dress with silver heels.

The first place goes to Elizabeth Banks who looks drop-dead gorgeous in this amazing Elie Saab gown.  The makeup and hairdo are perfect. Elizabeth makes no faux-pas at all. This actress keeps on impressing us and we can’t wait to see what is she going to wear next.
